Jared is tasked with managing the health and performance of the Company’s existing real estate portfolio, as well as developing and implementing strategies to help the Company grow its presence throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Jared also serves as in-house real estate counsel to The PM Company and its affiliates.
Jared is a proud graduate of the University of Richmond and the West Virginia University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and he is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia.
Born and raised in Vienna, WV, Cale Conley graduated from Parkersburg High School in 2010. He pursued a successful career in motorsports while living in North Carolina for over a decade. In 2021, Cale transitioned into the real estate industry, bringing the same passion and dedication to helping clients navigate the market.
Licensed in 2022, Cale focuses on selling, buying, and leasing commercial properties, with expertise in retail, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Additionally, he plays a key role in managing the PMC portfolio ensuring properties remain leased and operational. Cale also works closely with the development team on new projects in or near our Mid-Ohio Valley market.

Born and raised in Vienna, WV, Garett Smith graduated from Parkersburg High School. Continuing his education at West Virginia University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a focus on Professional Selling in 2020. In 2022, he completed the Spruce School of Real Estate and obtained his WV Real Estate License. Dedicated to providing top-notch service to both his clients and the community, Garett has achieved success with multi-million dollar sales in under two years in his career as a Realtor. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like golfing and boating with family and friends.
Born and raised in Vienna, WV, Aleena Minnite graduated from Parkersburg High School in 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2019 and spent five years as a Neonatal ICU nurse, providing compassionate care to newborns and their families.
In late 2024, Aleena obtained her real estate license and joined The PM Company in January 2025. She now applies her dedication to service in helping clients navigate the real estate market with professionalism and attention to detail.
Aleena focuses on buying, selling, and leasing both commercial and residential properties while also assisting in the management of the PMC portfolio. Her background in healthcare has given her a strong foundation in client-centered service and problem-solving, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
